Settlement
Each card reconciles a period as an equation — beginning balance, plus money in (top-ups, promotions, adjustments), minus what was metered, equals the current balance. The Ours line is our own ledger; the Theirs line is the provider's own balance — a live figure for deepseek and moonshot, a hand-entered reading for the usage-billed providers. Where the two meters disagree is the settlement gap. We settle monthly.
